Great for a budget stay, but not fancy

For the cheap price i got a comfortable room with great noise reduction and wonderful staff. Stayed there for 5 nights and it was awesome! The location was perfect, just a short trip from delicious restaurants nearby and you get to walk to places like Little Italy.

It wasn't exactly economical, but still acceptable.

The absence of a kettle in the room was a hassle, especially with four people packed in there. Trash cans felt neglected as they didn't get emptied regularly, leaving us with a buildup that could've used more attention—not every two days, but possibly daily. While there was a microwave and hot water available by the reception, relying on that was less than ideal when you're used to having those conveniences in your own space.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with Two Double Beds. The staff was wonderful and provided great service. Noise reduction was excellent for a budget stay. It was conveniently located near the city center. Truly worth the price! 👍

The location of Windsor is on point, just a hop from tasty gems like Birds & Bubbles, which serves bubble tea and decadent brunch! Plus, my room offered great noise reduction, letting us chill after a day of NYC adventures! Awesome staff made our stay feel like a breeze.
